Yes, I am aware of how juvenile (and past-freshness) this joke is, but I needed a laugh and it’s not like Ziggy with vowels was going to be any help there.
I would argue that the disemvoweled Ziggy is funnier than the original.
It turns out Ziggy itself is actually a joke from an parallel dimension, based on a moderation policy that involved removing the pants from problematic comments.
This is a making fun of other sites’ moderators joke, yes?
