“And so is my wife.” Huh. I guess I just prefer the old fashioned stylings of using “we”.

Hey congratulations! Owning can be more work, but it’s nice to have a place you can paint whatever you want on the walls, as long as the SO agrees.

I think the painting on the wall rule is “no weiners”. Otherwise, whatever.
