I would choose to eat the rich just because their diets are almost certainly healthier, making them more tender and delicious.

Esmeralda: Are you sure it woudn’t be better to eat someone lower class, gorged on fast food and marinated in beer? Sometimes the rich eat well and exercise, as they have the luxury of money and time- so they would be lean and stringy.
