I'll write up a post later, to join the chorus of "this is how I just got fucked" writers. Assuming (oy) that the DH security issue is resolved, I'm not in terrible shape—the affected WP files are all generic index.php files, so an upgrade/overwrite recovered those; pulling style files from the old installs is recovering the look as well. And that reef sandals link is actually, I think, WP+DH jackoffery, yeah. Lame but benign, seemingly. Not that in the now-resurrected JM theme, we've got none of that shit. Heh.
